RE: Foundation Support Works wall reinforcing for 5617 4t"St. NE, Fridley, MN
We have reviewed your proposed Geolock wall anchors (5 anchors) and certify that the anchors will provide
adequate support for the existing basement wall. The location of the anchor at foundation is 24" below grade
or below crack(field verify)and depth of earth anchor is 48" below grade. The spacing of the anchors is shown
on the layout, 3' from the corner and up to 5'-6" on center. The existing wall height is 7'-4" with unbalanced
grade height of 6'-4". The soil type is clay or sandy clay. These anchors will correct the issues due to lateral soil
pressure on this basement wall. Special inspections are not required for this product.
