FRAMING
2x4 studs and plates

SHOWER WALLS
1/2" cement board on walls with fiberglass taped seams and cement board screws
SHOWER FLOOR/bench seat
Bench and framing will be treated wood
Pre-slope shower pan will be tar-papered, metal lathe, and floor mix with slope at minimum of
1/4n
Shower pan and curb will be metal lathe and floor mix
Waterproofing paint for the shower pan
Integrated rubber membrane over bench seat and attached to new drain assembly
Ceramic tile at the shower walls, floor and bench
Premium thinset mortar for tile setting
FLOOR
Subfloor will be as required for height (3/4" T & G, glued and screws)
Cement subfloor will be metal lathe attached to wood subfloor with self-leveling cement applied
Ceramic flooring
MECHANICALS
ELECTRICAL (electrical subcontractor will pull permit in conjunction with mine)
Any new or disturbed circuits will be arc fault protected
Install new outlets, vanity lights, exhaust fan, moisture rated can light at the shower
New smoke detectors and CO2 detectors will be installed as needed
PLUMBING (plumbing subcontractor will pull permit in conjunction with mine)
Rough in new plumbing and update any existing drain lines to 2"
Install new drain for integrated shower membrane
Install new shower control valve with rain heads (kept in the heat envelope)
Install new drain, water, and vent lines as per code
Install plumbing fixtures including toilet, vanity sink and faucet, and shower finishes
