of airborne dust / fresh air. In case of inhalation of combustion or decomposition fumes, move to fresh air and seek medical advice. Skin contact: These products are not expected to
present a significant skin hazard. If skin irritation is experienced, wash the area thoroughly and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Eye contact: In case of any particles or
particle dust coming into contact with your eyes, you should rinse your eyes with clean running water in order to remove particles of the product. Ingestion: If you swallow any of the
product, you should not make yourself vomit. Seek medical advice immediately. 5. Fire fighting measures Suitable extinguishing media: Water (preferably spray), CO2, foam or dry chemical.

Collect the spilled product into a suitable container, which should be properly labelled. Organise appropriate disposal (see section 13). Handle & store according to measures defined

should be made of electrically conductive material and be earthed. Storage: Keep away from heat or ignition sources (flame or sparks) and UV exposure. These products can be stored
indefinitely at normal room temperature. Due to the specific properties of ARPRO® 5135-LS & 5635-LS, these grades may be stored for up to 1 year at normal room temperature. 8. Exposure
controls / Personal protection Exposure limit values: Dust: TWA= 10 mg/m³ Occupational exposure controls: No Special precautions are necessary. Handle in accordance with industrial
hygiene and safety practice. Respiratory protection: Under anticipated conditions of normal use these products are not usually considered as a respiratory hazard. Ensure adequate ventilation,
especially in confined areas. In confined or poorly ventilated areas, use a suitable particle filter mask with low efficiency for solid particles. Skin and hand protection: Under anticipated
conditions of normal use these products are not usually considered as a skin hazard. Eye protection: Under anticipated conditions of normal use these products are not usually considered

solid rubber, and bonded recycled material manufactured by Monmouth Rubber & Plastics Corp. under the trade names Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™. These materials are
made from polymeric mixes including but not limited to Neoprene, Nitrile, PVC, EPDM, Chlorinated Polyethylene, Styrene-Butadiene, ECH (Epichlorhydyin), Polyethylene, EVA. Manufacturer:

Recommended use: Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ materials are used in a variety of industries included but not limited to automotive, construction and the shoe industry.

Regulations, OSHA Part 1910.1200, Page 463. "Article": a manufactured item other than a fluid or particle: (i) which is formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture; (ii)
which has end use function(s) dependent in whole or in part upon its shape or design during end use; and (iii) which under normal conditions of use does not release more than very small
quantities, e.g., minute or trace amounts of a hazardous chemical (as determined under paragraph (d) of this section), and does not pose a physical hazard or health risk to employees."
Restrictions on Use: Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ should be used in accordance with responsible and safe industry standards. Specifically as it relates to Monmouth’s
TDS (Technical Data Sheets). Section 2: Hazard(s) Identification Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ represent NO HAZARDS when used in accordance with this document and published
TDS (Technical Data Sheets). They can be considered as “articles” per Title 29 CFR 1910.1200 which says "Article": a manufactured item other than a fluid or particle: (i) which is
formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture; (ii) which has end use function(s) dependent in whole or in part upon its shape or design during end use; and (iii) which under

and does not pose a physical hazard or health risk to employees." Section 3: Composition/Information on Ingredients Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™are made from polymeric
blends and/or individual polymers including but not limited to Neoprene, Nitrile, PVC, EPDM, Chlorinated Polyethylene, Styrene-Butadiene, ECH (Epichlorhydyin), Polyethylene, EVA. MONMOUTH

of Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ should be avoided even though the material is inert and can be regarded as toxicologically harmless except for some flame retardant
grades containing additives which could be harmful if swallowed.Physical Contact Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ are considered not to be skin irritants but under some
circumstances foams can have a minor abrasive effect on skin. Particles of foam may cause physical irritation if they get into eyes. Section 5: Fire-Fighting Measures Decomposition
of Durafoam™, Airaflex™, Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ will occur at about 300° C. Above this temperature Durafoam, Duraflex, and Bondaflex will pyrolyse oxidatively to produce Carbon Monoxide
and water plus small amounts of various hydrocarbons and aldehydes. The evolved gases may ignite, and if they do they will provide heat of combustion pyrolysing more foam and any other
material in the vicinity. Under flaming conditions the main combustion products are Carbon Dioxide and water(2), although if insufficient oxygen is present, or when the flame is extinguished,
the smoke may contain appreciable quantities of Carbon Monoxide, Acrolein and other aldehydes. For some products within Duraflex™ and Bondaflex™ family of products burning can be accompanied
by the release of flaming molten droplets of polymer which could ignite adjacent flammable materials. In a full- scale fire these materials can burn to give dense black smoke and acrid
