ORDINANCE NO. 1303
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 OF THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE
PERTAINING TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS FEES
The City Council of the City of Fridley hereby finds, after review, examination and
recommendation of staff, that Chapter 11, Fees, of the Fridley City Code be hereby amended and
appended into the table alphabetically as follows:
11.10. FEES
License and permit fees shall be as follows;
CODE SUBJECT FEE
205.30 Automatic Meter Reading Device permit $25 per stationary device
205.30 Telecommunications permit to locate on $400/user /tower
approved site
