RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - 21
A RESOLUTION ABATING THE ASSESSMENT FOR A CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE 2012-01 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council on the evening of October 8, 2012 approved the final assessment on
all properties within the 2012-01 Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to this assessment, it was discovered a clerical error had been made in the
final roll given to Anoka County and a property received an assessment, and
WHEREAS, in order to correct this, Anoka County requires that the assessment for this property be
formally abated, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley, is abating the
assessment on the following parcel for the ST. 2012-01 Street Improvement Project:
