THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE
WHEREAS, The Fridley City Council hereby finds after review, examination and
recommendation of staff that Chapter 11 related to general provisions and fees be hereby
amended and ordains as follows:
CHAPTER 11. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND FEES

Two rental units $�5-99 $150.00
Three units $�5-99 $210.00
Four units �45-9�$270.00
Five or more units �45-99 $270.00 plus �-99 $12.00 per

Reinspection Fee $300
Transfer Fee $25
License Fee after Revocation or $150% times the annual license fee
