AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.06 OF THE CITY CHARTER DECLARING CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF.
SECTION 1. The City af Fridley is the fee awner af the tract af land within the City af Fridley,
Anaka Caunty, State af Minnesata, described as failaws:
The Narth Ha1f af that part af vacated 73rd Avenue N. E. (naw knaw as 73 1�2
Avenue N. E.} as platted in CENTRAL VIEW MANOR, accarding ta the
recarded piat thereaf, Anaka Caunty, Minnesata, which lies westerly af the
failawing described line:
Beginning at the narthwest carner af the East 40 feet af Lat 2, Biack 2, said
CENTRAL VIEW MANOR, thence nartherly, alang the nartherly e�tensian
af the west line af said East 40 feet, a distance af 9.11 feet, thence nartherly,
nartheasterly and easteriy 6926 feet alang a tangential curve ta the right

reasan ta cantinue ta awn said praperty, and the City Cauncii is hereby
autharized ta transfer the abave described land ta James and Mary Uthe af 46253
185th Street, Castiewaad, Sauth Dakata 57223, far dispasai.
SECTION 3. The Mayar and City Cierk are hereby autharized ta sign the necessary cantracts
and deeds ta affect the transfer af the abave-described reai estate.
