AN ORI}INANCE AMENDING FRIDLEY CITY CODE CHAPTER 20fi BUILDING
CODE SECTION 206.07 CONTRACTOR'S LICENSES TO INCLUDE SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE CLEANERS
The City Cauncil af the City af Fridley hereby finds, after review, examinatian and
recammendatian af staff, that the Fridley City Cade be hereby amended as fallaws:
CHAPTER 206. BUILDING CODE.
Sectian 206.07. COTITRACTOR'S LICENSES
7. Specific Trades Licensed.
Licenses sha11 be abtained by every persan engaging in the fallawing businesses ar wark in
accardance with the applicable chapters af the City af Fridley.
A. General Cantractars in the business af nanresidential building canstructian and residential
cantractars with an exempt card fram the state.
B. Masanry and brick wark.
C. Raafing.
D. Plastering, stucca wark, sheetrack taping.
E. Heating, ventilatian and refrigeratian.
F. Gas piping, gas services, gas equipment installatian.
G. Oi1 heating and piping wark.
H. Excavatians, including excavatian far faatings, basements, ewer and water line installatians.
I. Wrecking af buildings.
J. Sign erectars, canstructian and repair, including billbaards and electrical signs.
K. Blacktapping and asphalt wark.
L. Chimney sweeps
M. Sanitary Sewer Service Cleaners.
