AN ORDINANCE RECODIFYING THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 3.04. PERSONNEL
The City Cauncil af the City af Fridley daes hereby ardain as fallaws:
3.04. ANNUAL LEAVE AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS
Each emplayee af the City hired an ar after lanuary 1, 1983, sha11 be entitled ta annual
leave away from emplayment with pay. Annual leave pay sha11 be camputed at the
regular rate af pay ta which such emplayee is entitled. A beginning emplayee sha11
aeerue annual leave at the rate af eighteen (18} days per year far the first seven (7} years
(84 sueeessive manths}. An emplayee wha has warked seven (7} years (84 successive
manths} sha11 accrue annual leave at the rate af twenty-faur (24} days per year, beginning
with the eighty-fifth (85th} manth af canseeutive emplayment. An emplayee wha has
warked fifteen (15} years (180 successive manths} sha11 aecrue annual leave at the rate af
twenty-six (26} days per year, beginning with the ane hundred eighty-first (181�} manth
af cansecutive emplayment. The maximum tatal accumulatian af annual leave at the end
af any given year sha11 be *'�:.� thirty-five 35�days far any individual emplayee.
