AN ORDINANCE TO A�MENU
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FRIDL�Y, MIN-
NESOTA HY MAKING A C'HA-
NGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Council of thc City of
Fridley do ordain as fnl.lows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 70
of the City of Fridley, known as
the 2oning On3inance and adopt-
ed on December 29, 1955, is a-
mended as hereinafter indicated.
Section 2. The tract or area
within the County of Anoka and
City of Fridley and described as:
Lots 9 and 11, Auditor's Sub-
division No. 94 and ]ots 1,2,3,
4 and 5�lvuditor's 5ubdivision No.
153, the same lying east of High-
way No. 65 and south of High-
way No. 100, lyin�g in the North
one-half (N�e) of Section 25, T-
30, A24, Anoka CounYy, Minne-
sota, is hereby designa�ted to be
in the Zoned Distt^ict known as
G2 (general business).
Section 3. �That the Zoning
Administrator is directed to cha-
nge the official zoning map to
show said tract or area from� zo-
ned district G1S' (lacal shop-
ping to zoned district G25 (gen-
eral shopping).
