AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND .
THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE GTY OF FRIDLEY, �
MINNESOTA, 8V MAKING A �
CHANGE IN ZONING� DIS-
TRICTS.
The Council of the City of Frid-
ley do ordain as Pollows:
SE(.`TION 1. Ordinance No. 70
of the City of Fridley, known as
the Zoning Ordinance and adopt-
ed on December 29, 1955, is
amended as hereinafter indicat-
ed.
SECTION 2. The tract or area
within the County of Anoka and
City of Fridley and described as:
All of L.ot One (1), Bloek One
(1), and the north 217 feet of
O�uRlot One (1), Block One (1),
presently zoned R�-7 and M-1,
all lying in Fridley Industrial
Park Plat One, Section 12,
T-3Q R-24, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
is hereby designated to be in the
Zoned District kuown as M-2
fheavy industrial).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning .
Administrator is directed to
change the official zoning map to
show said tract or area from
zoned districts R-1 (single fam-
ily dwelling) and M-1 (light in-
dustrial) to zone district M-2 _
