The �Council of the City of Frid-
ley do ordain as follows:
SECT'ION 1. That all of the al-
ley described as follows:
The alley connecting 53rd and
54th Avenues N.E., and Sping
6etween 6th and 7th Streets
N.E.; described as the alley ly-
ing north of the south line ex-
tended of Block 16 and south
of the north line e�tended of
Block 16, Hamilton's Addition
to Mechanicsville, in the South
one-half (S�/z) of Section 23,
T30, R-24, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
be and is herehy vacaRed, except
that the City of Fridley reserves ��
an easement for �utility purposes
over the portion of the alley
herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vaca2ion -
has been made after Notice of
Puhlic Hearing in conformance
vrith Minnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter.
