AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEV, MIN-
NESOTA, BV MAKING A
CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS.
The Council of the City o2
Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 70
of the City of Fridley, known as
the Zoning Ordinance and adopt-
ed on December 29, 1955, is
amended as hereinafter indicat-
ed.
SECTION 2. The tract or area
within the Cou�nty of Anoka and
City of Fridley and described as:
That paM of Lot Six (6), Audi-
tor's Subdivision No. 39 pre-
sently zoned R-1, descriUed as
the westerly 495 feet of the
east 660 feet of Lot Six (6) ex-
cept the north 175 feet thereof,
in the North one-half (N?��) of
Section 34, T-30, R-24, Aonka
County, Minnesota; further de-
scribed as lying west of Main
Street and south of 43rd Ave-
nue N.E.
i� hereby designated to be in the
Zoned District knawn as M-1
(light industrial).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning
Administrator is directed to
change the official zoning map to
show said tract or area from
zoned district R-1 (single family
dwelling) to zoned distric[ M-1
flight industriall.
