TION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE
UNNAMED STREET DEDICA-
TION (59TH AVEUNE N.E. EX-
TENDEO), BETWEEN MADI-
SON STREET AND WEST
MOORE LAKE DRIVE N.E.
The Council of the City of
Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECPION 1. That all of the
street described as follows:
All of the unnamed street dedi-
cation (59th Avenue N.E. ex-
tended) lying between the east
line extended of Madison
Street N.E. and west line ex-
tended of West Moore L.ake
Drive N.E.; said street lying
in Moore Lake Additio� and
adjacent to the north edge of
Donnay's I.akeview Manor Ad-
dition and ]ying in the North
one-half (Ni/�) of Section 23,
T-30, R-24, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
bc and is hereby vacated, except
that the City of Fridley reserves
an easement for utility purposes
over the street herein described
and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation
has heen made after Notice of
Public Hearing in conformance
with Minnesota Statutes and pur-
suant to Section 12.07 of the City
Charter.
