ORDINANCE NO. 198
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITV OF FRIDLEV, MIN-
NESOTA, BV MAKING A
CHANGE IN ZONING DIS-
TRICTS.
The Council of the City of
Fridley, Minnesota, do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 70
of the City of Fridley, known as
the ZoninP Ordinance and adopt-
ed on December 29, 1955, is
amended as hereinafter indicated.
SECl'ION 2. The tract or area
within the County of Anoka and
City of Fridley and described as:
Lot 2 and parts of �Lots 1 and
4, Block 1, Schultz's Addition,
lying South of 62nd Way and
West of East River Road, and
lying in ihe S�/a of Section 15,
T-30, R-24. Anoka County,
Minnesota, presently zoned R-1
is hereby designated to be in the
Znned Distric� known as R-2
(ltmited multiple dwelling).
'�ECTION 3. That the Zoning
Administrator is directed to
change the official zoning map to
show said tract or area from
zuned R-1 fsin 1e family dwel-
]ing) to zoned district R-2 (lixn-
ited multiple dwe7ling).
