AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
T':E CITY OF FRIDLEY, MIN-
NESOTA, BV MAKING A
CHANGE IN ZONING DIS-
TRICTS.
The Council of the City of
Fridley do ordain as follows:
SrCTION 1. Ordinance No. 70
c: the City o.' Fridley, known as
the Zoninq Ordinance and adopt-
P� on December 29, 1955, is
amended as hereinafter indicaked.
SECTION 2. The tract or area
w+thin the Covnty of Anoka and
City of FY�idley and described as:
Lots 3, 4. 1nd 5, Block 13,
Spring Brook Park Addition,
lying North of Roosevelt (Ely)
Avenue and West of G.N.R.ft.
R/W and lying in the 5'/z of
Section 3, T-30, � R-24, Anoka
Count,y. Minnesota, presently
zoned fi-1
is hereby desi^nated to be in the
Zoned District known as M-1
Qight industria]).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning
Administrator is directed to
change the official zoning map to
show said tract or area from
zoned district R-1 (single family
dwelling) to zoned district M-1
(light industrial).
