TION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE THE
ALLEV CONNECTING 59TH
AVENUE N.E. AND 60TH AVE-
NUE N.E., BETWEEN UNI-
VERSITY AVENUE N.E. AND
4TH STREET N.E.
The Council of the City of
Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTION 1. That all of the
alley described as follows:
Lying north of the south line
extended easterly of Block 13,
Hyde Park �A.dd�ition, and sona�th
of the north line cztended east-
erly of said Block 13; the same
heing described as the alley in
Block 13, Hyde Park Addition
and lying in the North one-half
(Ni/z) of Section 23, T-30,
R-24, Anoka County, Minne-
sota,
be and is hereby vacated, except
that the City of Fridley reserces
an easement £or utility purposes
over the alley herein described -�
and vacated.
S�ECTION 2. The said vacation -
has been made after Notice of -,
Public Hearing in conformance _
with Minnesota 5tatutes and pur-
suant to SecUon 12A7 of the City �
Charter.
