AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE ZONING OR�INAMCE OF
THE CITV OF FRIOLEY, MIN-
NESOTA, BY MAKING A
CHANGE IN ZONING DIS-
TR 1 CTS.
The Council of the City of
Fridley do ordain as follows:
S'ECTION 1. Ordinance No. 70
of the City of Fridley, known as
the Zoning Ordinance and adopt-
ed on DecemUer 29, 1955, is
aIttended as heminafter indicat-
ed.
SECTIO\T 2. The tra�ct or area
within the County of A�noka and
City of Fridley and described as:
Lying adjacent to the west line
of T. H. No. 47 fformerly T H.
No. 56) and extending 520 feet
(more or less7 Yo the east
boundary of llhe existing M-2
(heavy industrial) zone, and
extending from the south ]ine
of Section 11, Township 30
north, Range 24 west, A�noka
County, Minnesota, to the
north line of the southwest
quarter of said Section 11, ex-
cept the south 100 feet thcreof,
is hereby designated to be in the
Zoned District known as M-3
(heavy industrial).
SECTION 3. The tract or area
within the County of Anoka and
City of Fridley and described as:
Lying adjacent to and extend-
ing 100 feet north of the sauth
line of Sections 10 and 11,
Township 3D north, Range 24
west, Anoka Count,y, Minne-
sota, and extending from the
east right-of-way line of the
Great Northern and Northern
Pacific Railway to the west
right-of-way line of T, H. No.
47 (formerly T. H. N�o. 56),
is hereby designated to be in the
Zoned District known as M-1
(light industrial).
SECTION 4 That the Zoning
Administrator is directed to
change the official zoning man
tc show said tracts or areas
above described as specified in
5ections 2 and 3 above.
