ORDINANCE NO. 204
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SEC-
TION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK THREE OF
THE BENNETT-PALMER AD-
DITION
The Council of the City af
Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That all of the
alley described as follows:
Lying in Block 3, Bennett-
Palmer Addition and bounded
on the north by tl�e north line
of Lot 1, Block 3, Bennett-
Palmer Addition extended wes-
terly and bounded on the south
hy the south line of Lot 4,
Block 3. Bennett-Palmer Addi-
tion extended westerly, and ly-
ing in Section 23, T-30, R-24,
Anoka County, 14finnesota
be and is hereby vacated, except
that the City of Fridley reserves
an easement for utility purposes
over the alley herein descri6ed
and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation
has been made after Notice of
Public Hearing in con.ormance
with Minnesota �S'tatutes and pur-
suant to Section 12.07 of the City
Charter.
