The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTIQt1 1, All that part of the street described as follows:
That portion of 67th Avenue Northeast lying between the East and West
lines extended northerly of Block Three (3) �ak Grove Addition and lying
between Arthur Street and Anoka Street. All lying in the North one—half
(Nz) o£ Section 13� T_30� R�24� anoka County, State of Minnesota� be
and is hereby vacated.
SECTI��IJ 2, The said vacation has been made after Notice of Public
Hearing in con£orcaance with Dlinnesota Statues and pursuant to Section
