The Covncil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follcras:
SI�TION l. For the vacation of the alley described as follarss
All of the allay located in Block 16, Ylymouth l�ddition lying
betWeen the North line of Lot 30, Block 16, extended easter7,y
ax�l the South line of Lot lb, Block lb eactended easterly.
All lying in the South One Half (S�) of Section 26, T-30�
R-2�� l�noka County, Minne�ota.
Be and is hereby vacated, except that the City of Fridley
reserves an easement for drainage and utility purposes oeer
the alley herein described anri vacated.
SFiCTION 2. The said vacation has been made after Notice of Public Hesring
in conformance with Minnesoba Statutes and pursuant to Section
12.C7 of the Gity Charter.. .
