THE COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF FRIDLEY DO O�AINs
SF�TIOI3 1. That Ordinarce No. 70, passed and au'opted the 29th day oY
December, 1955 entitled ��Zonir� Ordinance" and as amended to
date horec£ be further amended as £ollowss .
(a) That follchring Section 5.2 thereof� there be added a
ne�r section to read as follrnrs:
"Section �.25 - Uses Permitted in R-2A Districts - Limited
_MultipSe Dwellings - Restricted."
1. Two family (only) dwellinge; on same level adjacent to
one another and not abovs or below other dwellings,
�ccept for the restriction noted the provisions applicable
to the R-2A District are othenrise the same as in the
R-2 District.
(b) That the folluwing Sectiorl 5•3 thereof� there be added
a necv section to read as fallmas: .
"Section 5.35 -�3ses Permitted in R-3A Districta - General
Multiple Dwelling Distr3ets - Restricted."
