SPJCTIUN 1. That Ordinance No. 70 pssaed on the 29th day of December� i955,
axgi as amended to date hereof and commonl,y known as the �'Zoni�
Ordinanee'� be 4hrther amended as followas
(a) 'That Section 5.10 - Uses permitted in Diatricta aL'ter
securing use permits therefor and Subdivision 2 thereof� be
amended to hereafter readz
"2. In any district, vhen found to be required therein ior
the pubZic health, safety, cozroenience or welfare:

- - (a) (io.rernmental� public utllity and public �ervics
uaes� inelnding miero xave radio relay structvrea;
- (b) Air navigation facilities;
(cj Euildings for essential services;
- (d) Hoapitals, clinics, nursing homes� connalescent homes�
or home� for the aged or elderly, aml other structures
for the same or similar purposeap
{e) Snstitutiona of an educational, philanthropic or
; charitable nature;
- (f) Plant nurseries, and greenhouse� with asles oificea;
� {g} Cemetery, crematory, mausolevm and other plaees far
' ihe diaposal ot the human dead."
