The �ouncil et the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Appendix D o£ the City C�e of Fridley is amended as
hereina£ter inaicated. �
SECTIOPI 2: The trACt or area within the County o£ Anoka snd the
City of �idley and descrihed as:

(P.S. A?o. 52-2?) lying in the South Half (S1) of Section
3, T-3C, R-2G� Anoka County, State of ?'innesota
is hereb� designated to be in the Zoned District known as
R-3A (multiple dwelling).
SECTION 3: That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the o£ficial zoninP mmp to show said tract or area from zoned
district C-�S (general shopping areas) and ?:-1 (light indus-
trial areas) to R-3A (multiple dwelling).
