AN ORDINANCE TO RN,END SECTION 61.11 OF THE CITY CODE CONCERNING THE
HOURS OF A LICF:`'SEE TO SELL NON#IiVTC%ICATING MALT LI�UORS.
The Council of the Cit� oP Fridley ordaina:
That Section 81.11 of the Fridley City Code be amended to read
as £ollows:
SECTION 81.11: Sn the placea licensed to sell auch non-intox-
icating malt liquors, no sale of such liquors shall be made
between the ho�irs of 1 o�clock A.N. and 8 o�clock A.Ni. on week
days. There shall be no s�le between the hours of 1 o�clock
A.N. ar.d 12 o�clock noon on Sunday. The business there in
ahall be conducted i� a quiet and orderly manner and no boist-
erous and profane language shall be tolerated.
