pN ENIE,RGEIVCY ORDINAIvCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXFEIvDITL'RE OF FRNAS FOR
THE REPAIR AND INVESTIGATION OF SEWER WORK ON ?3RD AVENUE NORTHFAST
AIv� AMENDING APPII�DIX "Z;" OF THE CITY CGDE.
The Citq Council of the City of Fridley does oxdain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That an emergency existed on the lOth day of October,
i963, involving a serious break in the sewer line on 73rd Avenue
Northeast, just west of Nighway No. 65. That a delay in repair
and a delay in the investig�tion of the source of the said sewer
break wou2d have sf£ected the nublic health� sz£eth and welfare
of the City unless repaired and investigated immediateln.
SECTION 2: That it is deemed neceasa.ry that the City paq for the
costs incurred for such repair and investigat9.on to the Soil
Solidi£iers Inc. in the sum of � 2�152.68.
SECTION 3: That this emergency ordinance be added to appendiz
��E" of the Fridley City �oc�e.
