The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follrnre:
SECTION 1: For the vacation of the alley described as followa:
The alley in Block 5� Oak Grove Addition� lying between the [�orth
line extended westerly of �lock 5, Oak Grove Addition and the
South line extended westerly of Lot 15, Block 5, Oak Grove Add-
ition.
All lying in Seetion 13� T-3�s R-24� City oP Fridleq� County o4
Anoka, State of A;innesota
be and is herebq vacated, except that the City of Fridley retain
an easement for drainage and utilit,y purposes over the portion
of the alley herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2� The aaid vacation has been made after Notice of Public
Hearing in conformance with Ninnesota Statutes and pursuant to
Section 12.07 of the City Crarter and Appendix "C" of �ity �ode
shall be so amended.
