AN ORDINPNCE UNDER SECTICN 12,0'] OF Tf?F. CITY CNPRTEF 'tl� VACATE SIREETS
AND ALLEYS MID TO A2��'ND APPEhDIX °C" OF THE CITY CODE.
The �ouncil of the �ity of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: �'or the vacation of the streets and alleys described
as followa;
All that part of the alley lying North of and adjacent to the
A�orth line of "lock 10, Spring Brook Park and lies between the
West line of �lock 10, Spring Hrook Park and the F,ast line of
Hlock 10, Spring Brook Park (SAV No. 6k-Cl). All lying in sec-
tion 3, T-30� R-24� City of Fri.dley, County of �noka� State of
Minnesota be and is hereby vacated, except that the City of
Fridley retain an easement for drainage and utility purposes
over t'r,e portion o£ the alley herein described �nd vacated.
SECTION 2: The said vacation has been made after Notice of Pub-
lic Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant
to Section 12.07 of the City �harter and �+ppendix "C" of City
Code sk:all be so amended.
