The Council oY the City of Fridley do ordain as folloxe:
�� SECTION 1: Appendix D of the City �ode of Fridley is amended as
� ^_ hereinafter indicated.
� SECTION 2: The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
-' City of Fridley and described as: The hesterly 600 feet more or

less oS the Southerly 37a feet of the Pvortherly 1120 feet of the

'' Atinnesota is hereby designated to be in tre '�oned Listrict known
as N,-1 (light industrial area)
SECTION 3: That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
district C-25 (General shonping ares) to M-1 (light indus-
trial area).
