The Council oY the City of Fridley doea ordain as follows:
SECTION l: That Section 45.2g2 of the City �ode of Fridley be
amended to read as followa:
k5.282, R-3 Listricts: Same as in R-2 districts for each dwell-
ing or dwelling group having four dwelling units or less.
A lot area of not less than 1,(�0 additiona� square feet for
each dwelling nnit over four in mucber, is requiz•ed. However�
the average square fcot area for each dv:elling unit shal.l not
be less than 2,500 square feet.
