ORDINANCE N0. 267
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 45.19 OF THE CITY CODE TO ALIAW DOUBLE
BUNGALOWS IN AN R-1 DISTRICT BY A USE PERMIT.
The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 45.19 of the City Code be amended by
adding a sub-paragraph numbered 2-A as follows:
2-A. Double Bungalows in R-1 District, but additionally the . .
�� special use shall be considered by the Planning Commission _
before submission to the City Council, that owners of abutting
property be notified of the heacing before the Council, and that
the concurring vote of four-fifths of the Council shall be re-
quired for the Council to issue such special use permit.
