AN OF.DINANCE TO AM�F'ND THE CITY CCDE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY
MAKING A CY.ANGE IN ZONING DISTFiICTS.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2: The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as;
The East �5 feet of the West 675 feet of the Southerly 370
feet of the Northerly 1120 feet of the �ortheast �uarter
(NF4) of the Northwest Quarter (Pa�,:'4) of Section 12, T-3Q
R-24� �ounty of .4noka, State of N`innesota.
The East 75 feet of the Giest 675 feet of the North 750 feet
of the Northeast �uarter (PSE1) except the North 33 feet taken
for Osborne Road� of Section 12, T-3�, P.-24, �ounty of Anoka,
State of Minnesota.
' Is hereby designated to be in tha Zoned Diatrict lmorm as M-1
(light industrial;.
SECTION 3: That the zoning administrator is directed to chan�e
the official zoning sap to show said tract or area from zoned district
C-2S (general shopping aress) to N'-1 (light industrial).
SECTION 4: 7he tract or 2rea within the �ounty oP Anoka and the
City oY Fridley and described as:
The West 75 feet ef the North 750 feet of the Northeast

Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District imown as
C-2S (general ehopping areas).
SECTION 5: That the zoning Administrator ia directed to change
the official 2oning mao to show said tract or area from zoned district
R-1 (single family dwelling) to C-2S (general shopping area;.
