The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as Pollowa:
SECTION 1. For the nacation of the alley described as Pol-
lows: .
The alley in Block 4, Hamilton�s Addition to Mechanica-
ville� SAy No. 64-05, located between the north line of
said Block /� and the State Highway No. 100 right-Qf-way.
All lying in the southWest quarter (SY�) of S,ection 23�
T-30� R-24, County of Anoka, State of ,finnesota
be and is hereby vacated, except that the Citp oY Frldlep ra-
tain an easement for drainage and utility purposes over the portioa
of the alley herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacatioxi has been made aPter Notice oP
Public Hearing in conformance vith the Minnesota Statutes and pur-
auant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of City
Code shall be so amended.
