AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTICN 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APYENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as fol].ous:
SECTIGN 1. For the vacatiott of the alley described as follows:
A11 of the alley located in Block 2, Hyde Park, that lies
between the south line of said Block 2 and the south line
of Block 2, Bonny Addition, located in Section 23� T-30,
Rr2k, City o£ Fridley� County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
be and is hereby vacated, except that the City of Fridley retaia
an easement £or drainage and utility purposea over the portion of the
alley herein described and nacated.
SECTIGN 2. The said vacation has been made after Notice of Hear—
iag (Public) in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to
Section 12.07 oP the City Charter and Appendi�c C of the City Code shall
be so amended.
