AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY� MiNNE—
SOTA BY MAKING A CHF-PIGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTICN 1. Appendix D of the Gity Code of Fridley is amended
ss hereinafter indicated.
SECTIGN 2. The tract or aree within the County of Anoka and ths
City of Fridley and described as:
A11 of Lots 1—k, 22-26, Block 2 Meadowmoor Terrace (P.S. 61,-04)
lying in the North One—half (Ns'�j of Section 12, T-30, R-2/��
County of Anoka� State of Minnesota.
is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-1 (local
business area).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the o£ficisl zoning map to show said tract or area from 2oned district
R-1 (single family dwelling) to C-1 (local business area).
