AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12,07 OF THE CITY CHieRTER TO VACATE

The Council oF the City of Fridley do orda3n as followa:
SECTION 1. The vacation of the utility and drainage esaement
described as follows:
The South six feet (6�) except the East six £eet (6�) of
Lot 1� Block Q� Gunderson Terrace� together with the
North six feet (6') except the Fsast six feet {6') of
Lot 2� Block Q, Gunderso:. Tarrace
All located in the Pdorth One—half (N�) of Section 12�
T-30� R-24� Anoka County� Stat� of Mianesota
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made after Notice of
Public Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statute� and pursuant
to Section 12.07 of the Cit;� Charter.
