�he Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTIUN l. For the vacation, SAV No. 6k-04, of the alleys
described as followa:
All that part oP the alley in Block 3, Oak Grove Addition
located betveen the South line o£ Slock 3� �ak Grove Addi—
tion and the South line of Block 1� Rice Creek Sehool Addi—
tion and
All that part of the alley located in Block 2� Gak Grove
Addition located between the South line of said Block 2
and the Pdorth line of said Block 2� Oak Grove �`.ddit3on
All lying in the Northeast qusrter (NFr�) of Section 13�
T-30� R-2/.� County of Anoka, State of Minneaota
be and is hereby vacated, exeept that the City of Fridley retain
an easement for drainage and utility purposes over the portion
of the alleys herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2, The said vacation has beea made after Notice oP
Public Hearing in conformance with the Minnesota Statutes and puT—
suant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendia C of
City Code ahall be so amended.
