The City Council o£ the City o£ Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTION L That Chapter !�6 0£ the City Code of the City of Frid-
ley be amended by adding to said chapter Section ly6.208, as folloi,rs:
"Section 1�6,248. That Section 200.010 through 209.040 of the
Code o£ Ordinances, City of Minnea�olis, Minnesota, as amend-
ed to the date of the adoption of this ordinance, are hereby
adopted b;� re£erence and esta3lished as the schedule of fees
to be used in connection with the building code of the City
of Fridley."
SECTIOPd 2. Any provision o£ the City Code of Fridley as to build-
ing or cors+ruction fees and in conflict with the foregaing schedule
are expressl;� repealed.
