UF FRIDLEY
The City Conncil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 105 of the City Code of the City of
Fridley be amerded by adding thereto a section to
be known as Section 105.06:
'Section 105.06. Every person who gives or furnishes to
the City of Fridley a false or untrue
statement to be relied upon in the granting of a permit
or license shall be subject to the penalties provided for
in this Chapter."
