ORDINANCE N0. 293
AN ORDINANC& AUTfiORIZING THE SALE OF A LOT, ACQUIRED BY CONDEMNA-
TION AND NO LONGER HAVING A PUBLIC PURPOSE
The Council of the City o£ Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTION l. That Lot 30, Block !�, Plymouth Addition located
in the City of Fridley, Couniy of Anoka and State
of Mir.nesota was previously acquired by condemnation and For park
purposes.
SECTION 2. That the Park Board of the City of Fridley and the
City Council of the City of Fridley £inds that the
said lot is no longer needed fcr tne purposes acquired and the City
of Fridley has no public use for said lot.
SECTION 3, That the said lot shall be sold to Gerald J. Tarpy
by a Quit Claim Deed for the sum o£ $250.00 and
the N,ayor and Manager are directed to execute in behalf of th.e City
the necessary instrnment o£ conveyance and that the proceeds be
placed in the Park Fund,
