AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 81 BY ADDING A SECTION 81,061 RE-
QUIRING AN OT1-SAI� LICENSE TG BE TfiREE HUNDRED FEET AWAY FftOM
ANY SCHOOL OR CHURCH
The City Council of the City o£ Fridley do ordain as Follows:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 81 of the City Code of Fridley be
amended by adding thereto a section as follows:
Section 81.061. No ON-SALE licenses shall be issued for
any building, room or place within 300
feet £rom any public or parochial school, or any church, said
distance to be measured in a straight line from the bui.lding in
rrhich such school or church is conducted to the main public en-
trance o£ the premises described in the application for license.
However, this restriction shall not apply to property properly
zoned for a license under this Chapter when the location of the
church or school is established after January 1� 1965.
