ORDINANCE N0. 299
AN OADINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows;
All that part of 64'� Avenue Northeast lying
North of and between the West line extended
� � North and the East line extended North of
Lot 1, Block 1, Sylvan Hills Plat 5
All lying in Section 14, T-30, R-24, County
of Anoka State of Minnesota
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made after Notice of
Public Hearing in conformance with the Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C. of City Code shall
be so amended.
