AN ORDINANCE AMENDIrIG CHAPTER 45 OF TI-� FRIDLEY CITY CODE
RELATING TO 7JJAIING IP1 hi-2 DISiHICTS AND COP�CERNING kAILWAY
YARDS.
The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That section 45.16 0£ the Fridley City Code be amended by
adcling a£urther provision as follos�s:
Section 1�5.16 USES;FIItMITTED:
4. Railroad yards� roundhouses� railroad repair shops� and
switching yards provided, however, that the issuance of
a use permit tl:erefor, as provided in other sections
tnereof s'riall be required and provided furtY�er tt.at no
such uses shall be Vrithin 3,000 feet o£ any �t-1, H-2�
or R-3 zoning district.
