AN ORDINANGE TO AMEND T}iE CITY CODE OF TF� CITY OF FRIDLEY�

The Coundl of the �iity of Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D o£ the City Code of Fridley is amended as here-
inafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area witnin the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
All o£ ihe North '%50 feet of the blest 600 feet of the
_ Northeast �uarter (Nrw) o£ the Northwest �uarter (N6�t�)
of Section 12� �r-3o, re-2k, Cour,t� of Ar.oka, State of
Niinnesota� generally l;�ing East of ifighway S1o, 65 and
South of Osborne Road
is hereb�- designated to be in the Zoned Uistrict known as
Ifi-1 (light indistrial areas).
SI:CTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to s'r.ow said tra.ct or area £rom zoned
district C-2S (general shopping areas) to I�i-1 (li�ht
industrial areas).
