The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as £ollows.
SisCTION 1. Chapter 46 of bhe City Code o£ Fridley is amended as here3n-
after indicated.
SECTION 2. Chapter 46.032 shall be added to said Chapter 46� as follows:
Section 2305 of the Uniform Bui3ding Code shall be
revised and ar.iended by deleting Table No. 23-B-Roof Live Load�
and the follovrinU substituied ttierefor:
The roof live load in pounds per square foot on the
horizontal nrojection o£ pitctied roo£s may be reduced
one pound £or each degree by ti;"ich the slope angle exceeds
ten {10) degrees� to a minimum of ten (1G) pounds.
This reduction irill not be allowed on roofs of
buildin�s less than three ieet from the adjoiaing
property line or buildin� and rrhen a pocket is formed
with any n*all or other roo£. Roof loads sha11 be
applied to such area of rooP as will develop ma�cirm,m
stresses in all members. F;.at roof live load shall
be k0 pounds per square foot:
Wherever °Table 23-II" occurs in Section z3o5, it shall be
deleted and the ohrase� «tnis section�� shall be inserted
tnerefor; and the paragrapli reading "Greenhouses........oP �
not less ti�an 10 pounds" sna11 be deleted entirely frotn �
