AN ORDIPANCE AMENDING CHAPTIsR 45 OF THS CITSC CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLSV AND RELnTING TO Tt� CLASSIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL
ZUNING DISTRICTS.
The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section �+5.04 of the City Code of Fridley shall be
amended *_o include addirionally to th? `<.inds of Dis-
tricts mentioned, the following:
CR-1 Districts
SECTION 2. That Chaptzr 45 of the City Code of the City of Fridley
be amended by adding thereto the Section hereinafter
indicated:
Section 45.101. CR-1 District.
Uses Permitted.
Offices and office buildin;s for medical,
dental, optical elinics and apothecary shops,
harmless and inoffensive laboratories
accessary to permitted uses in the same
buildin�.
