VACA'I'� STRSETS AND ALLEYS A�v'D TO AMEND 9PPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE,
The Council oP the City of Fridley do ordain as foilows:
SSCTLON 1. For the vacation of a street, described as follows:
All that part of the streets that lie in the plat of Johnaon's
River Lane addition that lie in the following described tract:
Commencing on the North line of Lot 13, Auditor's Sub. No.
23 Revised that is 63.97 feet Flest of the Northeast (NE)
corner of said Lor )3; thence in a northerly direction in
s straight line towards the Southwest corner of Lot 4,
Block 1, Johnson's River Lane addition to a point that is
on the northerly line of Lot 6, Block 2, Johnson's River
Lane Addition extended West; thence East along said north-
erly line of Lot 6, Block 2, extended West to *.he Northwest
corner of said Lot 6, Block 2; thenee South along the West
line of said Lot 6, Block 2, to the Southwest corner of
