The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain ae follows:
SECTION 1. Section 77.Q1 of the City Code of Fridley is amended
as hereinafter indicated.
SECIZON 2. Section 77.01 The date of thz opening and closing of the
municipal bathing beaches shall be determined by the
Diractor of Parks and Recreatien, each calander year.
