ORDINANCE N0. 316
AN ORDIN[+NCF. TO nME:iD THE CLTY CODS OF TFlE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTn BY MAKING A CNANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as here-
inafter indicated.
SfiCTION 2.. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as:
The North 400.00 feet of the West 217.80 feet of
Outlot 1, Melody Manor 4th nddiEion, subject to an
easement over the West 30 feet thereof fo: street
purposes, lying in the Northeast t�uarter (NE3) of
Section 11, T-30, R-24, Couzty of Anoka, State of
Minnesota.
, is hereb; desi�nated to be in the Zoned District knocm
as Q2-1 (clinics and allied laboratories).
SSCTION 3. That the Zoning ndministrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from
zoned district R-1 (sin,a,le family dwelling) to CR-1
(clinics and allied laboratories).
