ORDINANCE N0. 320
- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING'SECTION 46.01 OF Tf� FRIDLEY CITY
CODE 50 AS TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE 1964 EDITION OF THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE (VOLUME 1) PIIBLISHED BY THE INTER-
NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BUILDING OFFICIALS.
The City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 46.01 of the City Code oE Fridley is here-
by amended by striking from said Section the reference to the 1961 edition
of the Uniform Building Code and in lieu thereof, inserting and including
the 1964 edition of the Uniform Building (Volume 1), published by
the International Conference of Building Officials.
